Artist Statement

I really struggled with this project because I didn’t have as much free time as I had hoped to complete it outside of class. I also did not like having to use silver bezel wire, as I typically prefer to work with brass. However, this challenge led me to create a multi-metal piece, which is one of the more successful attributes of this project. I also really struggled to do the tube setting, but I feel as though the idea was there and actually turned out really interesting. I just wish the level of craftsmanship was better, and I know if I had more time, it would have been
